- nac-cbpp: 宪政区块生产协议(15个测试通过)
  * 区块结构和Merkle树
  * 验证者管理和投票机制
  * BFT共识引擎
  * 2/3+多数投票

- nac-csnp: 宪政结构化网络协议
  * P2P网络基础

- nac-nrpc: NAC远程过程调用协议3.0/4.0
  * RPC基础框架
